How it works
Who's got the time to journal daily? You do.
1. Read the daily writing prompt.
2. Push "Play" on the timer on the right side of the screen.
3. Spend 60 seconds or less writing a response to the daily prompt.
You may respond in the "Comments" section of each post, if your response is family-friendly. Or you can write in your own journal or blog. If you respond in a public blog post, post the link in the comments and share it with us. Also feel free to use the "Comments" section for informal discussion about the responses that are posted.
Today, take a minute to write!

"recalculating..."
It is taking me on the scenic route...takes a little longer, but so much more beautiful.
At the next distraction, turn back. Follow the previous list of directions you penned down, where you had plans of being productive. Go right past all the time-wasting websites and focus if you wish to reach the intended destination. Failing that, ask for help from those nearby.
Ok, so you think you took the wrong turn back there, no matter. There is a much better turning coming up just up there on the right. You see it up ahead? No? Well, it’s there I assure you, and it’s magical.
How cool!!! If it were true, my directions would be heading to the beaches of Europe with pens and papers and lots of ideas to write by the sea. A horse as a companion found on the way. Perhaps other travelers heading to the same destination. oh that works...
You're done drying off on the shore line- See that castle up there? That's your new home. Prince charming, a writing career and a new car all all waiting for you in the foyer.

Right now it's silent because I'm where I will be for at least the next three weeks. Sometimes it's nice to live without gadgets at all.
Follow your true path
Reject failure
Forget the shortcuts
Admire the flowers
Use your imagination
to arrive safely
stick to your plan
read
write
create
every day
including today
and maybe someday
you'll publish something
or sell a painting
It says:
Don't be mad at your boyfriend for sleeping so much or jealous of him for partying so much. Don't get frustrated for having nothing to do in your free time. Exercise more. read more, write, excel in French, save money and nurture your dreams.
