why, duct tape of course!
Ohh, Abbey :D. Yu're not wrong of course!
I looooove my Perfect TeaMaker from Teavana, as anyone who knows me is aware. I make a *lot* of tea, several pots every day, and I prefer loose leaf tea. This is so much easier than a pot for loose leaf. It is easier to handle, strains finer than a pot without using a strainer or mesh, rinses clean easily, and even goes in the dishwasher if need be. Plus it's very affordable.
I hate to shill for Teavana these days since they were recently purchased by Starbucks, but I really do love the product. It's different than anything out there and works fantastic!
My husband claims the most innovative and useful product out there right now is the swiss army knife, or multi-tool. Especially one of the new ones, with fire starters and USB sticks, you can do pretty much anything with them. They're like nothing else on the market.
Really, no innovative under fifty dollar product I can think of! I'm trying here. I am retired and for the first time in years I have time to slowly craft the things I like. Tea, back to leaves in tea ball. Coffee, boiled in old pot with egg shells. Cookies for the kids, ginger snaps with grated ginger dipped in melted white chocolate. Soup, gumbo started with slow stirred roux...
